Devin Cobbs accompanied along with his wife Gail and daughters Samantha, and Cassandra relocated from Southern California to Reno, Sparks in 1992.

While in Southern California Devin participated in the construction of Custom Homes, Single Family Homes, Multi-Family Homes, Shopping Centers, Medical Facilities, And Military Bases.
Luckily the Cobbs family was able to move to this hidden paradise NORTHERN NEVADA. In Reno, Sparks Devin Cobbs participated in the construction of thousands of homes for a national builder and private builder.
Since new construction came to a stop in 2008, the start of “COBBS INSPECTION SERVICES” became a new company.
